| Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law is seeking applications from qualified individuals to teach the following experiential courses: • Civil Pre-Trial Practice, • Interview and Counseling, • Appellate Practice Workshop • Law Office Management Experiential workshops are hands-on small workshops that involve “substantial experience not involving an actual client that is reasonably similar to the experience of a lawyer advising or representing a client or engaging in other lawyering tasks.” As such, workshops do not involve substantial lecturing or include a final exam. Instead, they include practice-based projects continuously throughout the course, in which the faculty member gives meaningful timely feedback to students to ensure their learning. | ||

| Ethics & Compliance Director - 991846 | ||
| Reporting to the Executive Director of University Education and Training. Assists with the development, oversight, and implementation of the University Compliance and Integrity Program involving the compliance partners/high-risk compliance areas across the university, and fostering a culture of ethical conduct, integrity, and lawful conduct by promoting adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures. Coordinates investigations into allegations of non-compliance. Serves as the administrator of the Ethics and Compliance Reporting Hotline System. To permit rendering of impartial and unbiased judgment essential to the proper conduct of the University Compliance and Integrity Program, the Ethics and Compliance Director should be independent of the activities they review. The Ethics and Compliance Director has full, free, and unrestricted access to any and all University information, documents, records, physical properties, and personnel related to the performance of their job responsibilities. Information obtained during the course and scope of their job responsibilities will be held with appropriate confidentiality. | ||
