Essential Job Functions: 1. Contributes to and manages brand awareness, image advertising, and annual enrollment marketing campaigns designed to maintain a robust pipeline of inquiries for key stakeholders.

2. Monitors enrollment funnel impact from marketing campaigns in Customer Relationship Management software, Google Analytics, vendor dashboard, and ROI from marketing strategies.

3. Evaluates, advises and recommends advertising strategies consistent with marketing initiatives.

4. Researches competitive markets, demographics, trends, results, and other data related to objectives.

5. Establishes KPI and CPM benchmarks to evaluate campaign performance and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for key segments.

6. Works closely with media agencies and campus clients to evaluate, advise, recommend, implement and monitor campaigns for quantity and quality lead generation.

7. Creates queries and generates reports from a CRM software to connect paid advertising campaign performance with enrollment funnel (inquiries, applications, enrolled students).

8. Develops strategic and cost-effective cross-channel paid media plans based on defined audiences and goals, using a mix of awareness, engagement, and direct response tactics including print, OOH, radio, television (traditional and streaming), digital, and social media.

9. Manages advertising budgets and invoices, insertion orders with vendors, and creative specs and deadlines with external and internal partners.

10. Builds and fosters strong relationships with advertising sales agents to obtain the best prices and values for advertisement placements, campaigns, and media.

11. Monitors the purchased media to ensure the advertisements appear as planned.

12. Develops engaging program web landing pages.

13. Creates high-quality web content that tells a story through student, faculty and alumni profiles, success stories, graphics, and videos to drive engagement and lead generation.

14. Connects paid advertising messaging and keywords with web landing pages to enhance SEO and pay per click (PPC) strategies.

15. Creates and implements effective social media paid advertising strategies.

16. Uses web and social media analytics to report regularly on the success of paid advertising campaigns and fine-tunes strategies as appropriate to meet lead generation needs.

17. Collaborates with other teams in the production of strategic, persuasive creative, including videos and advertising (print, electronic, and digital) resulting in increased brand awareness and lead generation.

18. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 1. Deep knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, customer relationship management systems, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite or Sprout social media software, media planning tools, and other relevant software.

2. Excellent proofreading skills and strong attention to detail.

3. Excellent project management skills and organizational ability. Attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-through. Ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently on long-term projects. Ability to lead as well as work as part of a team.

4. Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of accomplishing goals through others and the ability to apply these principles in a business setting.

5. Proficient in both Mac and PC platforms.

6. Solid understanding of enrollment marketing best practices, channel marketing, and graduate enrollment management.

7. Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.

8. Excellent customer service skills, ability to solve problems with customers and stakeholders and keep a positive attitude.

9. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with institutional leaders.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Major (if required):  
Required Experience: 1. Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience.

2. Experience in public speaking, being a spokesperson, and communicating a vision for a product or service.
Preferred Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree with emphasis on business, marketing, journalism, or communications

Master's degree in communications, marketing, higher education, or related field.
