Essential Job Functions: 1. Meet revenue and enrollment objectives for degree based programs by:
a. Calling on appropriate parties to enlist their active participation in the college's graduate recruiting efforts or to communicate with college leaders, teachers, club leaders and parents.
b. Serving as program manager with each organization that agrees to work with the college to recruit students and develop and implement an individual account plan to see that initial agreements are honored. Negotiate the terms of the above agreements subject to approval of director of marketing. Maintain terms of agreements.
c. Actively participate in all aspects of open houses, speaker series, and special events and to bring prospective students and partners to campus.
d. Actively promote and represent the college at business functions including but not limited to Chamber of Commerce Events and professional trade shows and college fairs.
e. Generally develop and maintain a network of relationships that will serve to increase enrollment.
f. Personally work with individual prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment.
g. Report on enrollment activities and conversion results.

2. Maintain relationships with students once recruited and enlist them in prospect referral programs.

3. Develop and maintain a referral network among alumni.

4. Develop expertise in the content and format of all college programs from bachelor's to master's to doctoral including all schedules, tuition, formats (online v. on-site), concentrations, and specializations, and successfully communicate that to external constituencies.

5. Develop information on competitors to keep management updated on competitive activities.

6. Conduct large and small group presentation and campus tours.

7. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Marginal Job Functions: 1. Must be available for public speaking and preparation and presentation of meetings, workshop and seminars geared towards promoting interest in the college's academic programs which may require work on evenings, weekends and involve travel.

2. Participate in and conduct special projects in connection with overall marketing activities on behalf of the college.

3. Maintain currency in issues in Higher Education and Higher Ed Marketing workshops, conferences, Webinars, etc.

4. Frequently monitor college website for accuracy.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 1. Effective oral and written communication skills.

2. Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and staff at all levels.

3.Ability to communicate effectively with CEOs, CFOs and other key executives of leading corporations and organizations.

4. Knowledge of latest technology and computer skills, include spreadsheet word processing and presentation software.

5. Familiarity with the Internet and online learning.

6. Ability to travel statewide and nationally.
