Essential Job Functions: 1. Meet revenue and enrollment objectives for degree based programs by:
a. Engaging in Admissions recruiting campaigns with prospective students, college leaders, teachers, club leaders, and parents or prospective students.
b. Serving as the Academic and Admissions point of contact for the college to recruit students and develop and implement a strategic marketing and enrollment plan
c. Actively participate in all aspects of open houses, speaker series, and special events and to bring prospective students and partners to campus.
d. Actively promote and represent the college at business functions including but not limited to Chamber of Commerce Events and professional trade shows.
e. Generally develop and maintain a network of relationships that will serve to increase enrollment.
f. Personally work with individual prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment.
g. Report on enrollment activities and conversion results.

2. Maintain relationships with students once recruited and enlist them in prospect referral programs.

3. Develop and maintain a referral network among alumni.

4. Develop expertise in the content and format of all college programs from bachelor's to master's to doctoral including all schedules, tuition, formats (online v. on-site), concentrations, and specializations, and successfully communicate that to external constituencies.

5. Develop information on competitors to keep management updated on competitive activities.

6. Conduct large and small group presentation and campus tours.

7. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Marginal Job Functions: 1. Must be available for public speaking and preparation and presentation of meetings, workshop and seminars geared towards promoting interest in the college's academic programs which may require work on evenings, weekends and involve travel.

2. Participate in and conduct special projects in connection with overall marketing activities on behalf of the college.

3. Maintain currency in issues in Higher Education and Higher Ed Marketing workshops, conferences, Webinars, etc.

4. Frequently monitor college website for accuracy.

Job Requirements: Physical Requirement/Working Conditions:
1. Speech Recognition - Must be able to identify and understand the speech of another person.

4. Travel - Must be able to travel on a daily and/or overnight basis.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience: 1. Two (2) to five (5) years of admissions & recruitment experience in an academic environment.
2. Demonstrated success in meeting enrollment targets.
Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual speaking and writing skills preferred.
