Essential Job Functions: 1. Teach doctoral courses in theories of measurement and statistics. The teaching load is contingent on research productivity and/or service activities.

2. Maintain an active research program and develop peer-reviewed publications.

3. Mentor doctoral students in research and provide statistical consultation for dissertations.

4. Contributions to diversity and inclusivity in research, teaching, and service.

5. Create a climate that is conducive to learning.

6. Participate in department-wide activities such as faculty meetings, chair dissertations, etc.

7. Serve and contribute to appropriate department, college, and university committees.

8. Maintain a professional development plan to assure growth and currency within the academic field.

9. Other duties as assigned by the Department Chair and/or the Dean.

Major (if required): Psychology or related field
Required Experience: 1. College and/or university level teaching experience.

2. A record of scholarly publications.

3. Credentials and training in theories of measurement and statistics.
Preferred Qualifications: Potential to secure or a record of external funding to support a research program.
