Job Title: Clinical/School Child Psychologist - 992399

Essential Job Functions: 1. Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate all clinic staff.

2. Administer the budget and any applicable grants and contracts.

3. Provide billing information to finance department.

4. Provide required reports to grant and contract agencies and NSU departments.

5. Provide direct services to clients including evaluation, assessment, and therapeutic interventions in English and Spanish.

6. Provide consultation to all programs providing direct services to children and families within the Psychology Services Center.

7. Supervise and coordinate screenings and assessments for children in all programs.

8. Provide supervision for all psychology practicum, interns, and postdoctoral students.

9. Work with the Directors of the Autism Consortium, the Baudhuin School, and Research and Grants to coordinate opportunities for practicum students, interns, and researchers.

10. Work with the Director of Research and Grants to assist in and carry out any research projects approved by the administration and IRB.

11. Develop and provide a wide range of family support programs, workshops, seminars, and parenting classes.

12. Represent College of Psychology on local, state, and national committees and boards and on NSU committees.

13. Write for publication.

14. Present at local, state, and national level professional conferences.

15. Develop marketing materials, serve public relations functions, and market programs at local, state, and national conferences.

16. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Marginal Job Functions:  
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Ability to travel to local, state, and national programs and conferences.
Job Requirements:  
Required Certifications/Licensures: Florida License.
Required Education: Doctoral Degree
Major (if required):  
Required Experience: Two (2) years experience evaluating children for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities.

Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and English
