Job Title: ACUHO-I Summer Housing TEMP
Location: Fort Lauderdale-Davie, Florida

Essential Job Functions: 1. Assists in overseeing the facilities management for five residential communities for the Summer of 2021.

2. Facilitates trainings and indirect supervision of Summer Housing Assistant Staff members

3. Collaborates with campus partners in developing of marketing, promotional brochures, and solicitation for on-campus and off-campus housing services including, including participation in the Off Campus 101 website

4. Aids in the preparation of plans that outline operating procedures to be used in response to disasters/emergencies such as hurricanes

5. Maintains and updates all Residential Life and Housing resource materials, including staff crisis response manuals and the Residential Living Guide

6. Reviews costs of materials, supplies, and labor for maintenance and repairs within the residence halls and compiling information for staff and residents

7. Serve as part of a week-long, rotating crisis response team.
