Job Title: ACUHO-I Summer Camps & Conferences TEMP
Location: Fort Lauderdale-Davie, Florida

Hiring Range: $11.00/hour
Pay Basis: Hourly  
Subject to Grant Funding?: No  
Essential Job Functions: 1. Assists in overseeing 1,000+ beds and 10 summer camps and conferences for the Summer of 2021.

2. Assists in training and indirect supervision of Summer Housing Assistant Staff members.

3. Displays a thorough knowledge of Office of Residential Life and Housing summer amenities, functions, event locations, dates, and times.

4. Maintains positive relationships with all auxiliary services.

5. Assists in pre-conference and post-conference set up and breakdown.

6. Facilitates positive communication between the Office of Residential Life and Housing, the event coordinators, and the participants.

7. Works with Assistant Director of Housing Services and Operations in effectively managing the Summer Camp and Conference events as needed.
Marginal Job Functions:  
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 1. Ability to work evening and weekend hours as needed.

2. Ability to prioritize and organize work duties and schedule.

3. Must be punctual, reliable, and responsible.

4. Ability to function with limited supervision.

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

6. Ability to effectively interact with current and prospective clients.
