Essential Job Functions: 1. Provides live and videotaped demonstrations of treatment and diagnostic procedures for graduate students.

2. Provides direct delivery of services to clients as needed at one or more locations with or without the use of an interpreter or auxiliary aids.

3. Schedules and routinely conducts student clinician conferences.

4. Teaches courses (site based or online).

5. Participates in on and off-campus screening/identification activities.

6. Submits billing records and clinical reports in a timely manner.

7. Assists with curriculum development.

8. Attends faculty and supervisor's meetings as scheduled.

9. Participates in the department's research efforts.

10. Participates in departmental committees.

11. Participates in mandatory compliance training and on-going compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA and other regulations as appropriate.

12. Assesses student performance in diagnostics and treatment through written feedback, verbal feedback, and midterm and final evaluation forms.

13. Participates in local, state and national organizations, through membership, committee work, and presentations.

14. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Marginal Job Functions: 1. Monitors inventory for diagnostic and therapy materials.

2. Maintains contact with referral sources.

3. Monitors client evaluation service to maintain customer satisfaction.

4. Participates in team meetings as necessary to provide comprehensive service to clients served.

5. Attends departmental/university functions on occasion.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 1. Ability to verbally communicate effectively with others, with or without the use of an interpreter.

2. Ability to communicate effectively in writing, with or without the use of auxiliary aids or services.

3. Ability to work cooperatively with graduate students, colleagues, supervisory staff, and support staff.
Job Requirements:  
Required Certifications/Licensures:  
Required Education: Master's Degree
Major (if required):  
Required Experience: 1. Minimum of three (3) years of successful and relevant clinical experience.

2. Previous education and/or willingness to take continuing education in the area of supervision.

3. ASHA CCC in speech-language pathology.

4. Florida State license in speech-language pathology.
