Subject to Grant Funding?: Yes  
Essential Job Functions: 1. Teach core clinical psychology courses in the doctoral programs or others as assigned.
2. Maintain an active research program, including developing peer-reviewed
publications.
3. Mentor doctoral students in research.
4. Provide expertise in projective/objective personality assessment.
5. Contribute to diversity and inclusivity in research, teaching, and service.
6. Create a climate conducive to learning.
7. Participate in department wide activities such as faculty meetings, clinical competency examinations, chairing dissertations/directed studies, etc. as assigned.
8. Serve on and contribute to appropriate NSU and College committees, and professional
associations.
9. Maintain a professional development plan to assure growth and currency within the academic field.
10. Other duties as assigned by the Department Chair and/or Dean.
Marginal Job Functions: Develop innovative ideas, applications, and/or programs.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 1. Knowledge and expertise in personality assessment.
2. Experience with diverse populations.

Job Requirements:  
Required Certifications/Licensures: Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Florida
Required Education: Doctoral Degree
Major (if required): Clinical or Counseling Psychology or related field
Required Experience: 1. College and/or university level teaching experience.
2. A record of scholarly publications.
3. Experience and expertise in personality assessment.
Preferred Qualifications: 1. Clinical supervision experience.
2. Potential to secure or a record of external funding to support a training and/or research program.
