Essential Job Functions: 1. Educate and advise students on clinical and supervision hour requirements for master's and doctoral programs based on, DFT, BTI, and COAMFTE standards.

2. Track and maintain accurate records of students' clinical and supervision hours and transfer of clinical hours.

3. Develop and maintain various databases with student and site information.

4. Generate reports for DFT and COAMFTE clinical requirements.

5. Develop and coordinate partnership agreements with clinical practice sites within the community, ensuring that the quality of the site, intern duties, and supervision received are in accordance with DFT and COAMFTE standards.

6. Develop, coordinate, and maintain student site contracts and all records.

7. Remain knowledgeable of NSU's Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Plagiarism policies and collect students' completed certificates.

8. Coordinate collection of students' clinical hours, HIPAA certificates, liability insurance records, and any other certificate requirements pertaining to program.

9. Visit practicum sites a minimum of once per year and more as necessary to ensure sites meet COAMFTE and departmental standards.

10. Remain abreast of COAMFTE clinical and supervisory requirements.

11. Keep appropriate officials informed regarding results of monitoring.

12. Organize and oversee the annual Internship Fair in collaboration with the Departments of Conflict Analysis and Resolution, and Multidisciplinary Studies.

13. Maintain open communication with Chair and faculty regarding student information and concerns, directing student concerns to faculty supervisor and/or Chair.

14. Evaluate, create, maintain, and update forms that support program needs and coordinate updating online forms.

15. Develop new internship sites on a continuing basis.

16. Market DFT and BTI when possible and at sites.

17. Provide support in the development and implementation of the NSU Quality Enhancement Plan.

18. Support graduates in locating job opportunities and the development of job sites within the community.

19. Work closely with department Chair, Associate Chair, faculty, and staff.

20. Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Marginal Job Functions: 1. Assist with special events on- and off-campus as needed, including after work hours.

2. Prepare and compose own correspondence.

3. Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.

4. Support department and SHSS with back-up phone coverage and other duties as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 1. Must have transportation to visit internship sites.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).

Required Experience: Associate's degree and five (5) years of administrative experience in an academic institution.

Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of administrative experience in an academic institution.
Preferred Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of administrative experience in an academic institution.

2. Experience with adult students helpful.

3. Communication and team work skills in a multicultural setting.
