Subject to Grant Funding?: No  
Essential Job Functions: 1. Follows safety procedures when operating equipment to ensure safe operation.

2. Operates golf course equipment to ensure proper playability.

3. Monitors mowing equipment daily to ensure quality of cut.

4. Performs routine, light maintenance to include the cleaning of various small, light and medium equipment to ensure safe, efficient and continuous operation.

5. Loads and unloads materials.

6. Trims trees and removes cuttings as assigned.

7. Collects and empties litter cans.

8. Cleans gutters, drains and culverts.

9. Waters plants.

10. Cuts grass, weeds and bushes.

11. Rakes leaves.

12. Power-washes Clubhouse as needed.

13. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by supervisors/managers.
Marginal Job Functions:  
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 1. Must be able to work outside.

2. Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop or bend for duration of shift [at least (8) hours].
Job Requirements:  
Required Certifications/Licensures:  
Required Education: No High School Diploma
Major (if required):  
Required Experience: Previous experience as a golf course equipment operator is required.
Preferred Qualifications: 1. High School Diploma or GED.

2. Operates the bucket truck used in tree trimming.
