Essential Job Functions: 1. Creates outbound calling campaigns to assist students in completing application and enrollment documents.

2. Makes outbound calls to applicants regarding the completion of admissions documents to ensure applicants provide required documents in a timely manner for academic units to review.

3. Responds to inquiries from applicants and NSU academic programs regarding the status of application/admissions process for academic units to review for admissions purposes.

4. Assists students throughout entire process from inquiry to admission and documents activities.

5. Reviews student applications and prepares application packages for admissions decisions.

6. Collaborates with admissions colleagues, academic advisers, financial aid officers, and residential life personnel to create an effective yield team to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to enrolled student status.

7. Participates in promotional activities such as educational fairs, career days, open houses, or special events to present programs to prospective students.

8. Compiles and verifies data before updating systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information to the academic programs.

9. Compares data with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format to detect errors.

10. Follows admissions regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with NSU and agency policies and procedures.

11. Participates in live chat sessions with prospective students and applicants.

12. Maintains student data integrity and confidentiality, documents processes and procedures, and provides quality control on communication efforts.

13. Completes special projects as assigned.

14. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Marginal Job Functions: 1. Manages conversion goals.

2. Works closely with Admissions Services team for a seamless student experience.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge:
1. General knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel).
2. Clerical - General knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
3. Customer and Personal Service - Working knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction.
4. English Language - General knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

2. Service Orientation - Proficient skills in actively looking for ways to help people.
3. Social Perceptiveness - Basic skills in being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.

Physical Requirements:
1. Speech Recognition - Must be able to identify and understand the speech of another person.

4. May be required to work nights or weekends.
5. May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties.
