Essential Job Functions: |
1. Manages the housing wait list and works collaboratively with the Assignments Coordinator and Assistant Director of Assignments to maximize space on campus.
2. Collaborates with Undergraduate Academic Advising and Enrollment and Student Services to ensure that each new residential student is registered for classes.
3. Manages and assists with room configuration preference forms and change configurations to accommodate additional students on-campus as needed.
4. Works with department and campus partners to coordinate ADA assignments for students with special accommodation needs.
5. Developing reports, forecasting, and anticipating trends for incoming residential students.
6. Participates in various internal and external meetings related to occupancy management.
7. Develops custom reports and queries for individuals, departments, and outside entities.
8. Supports processes and procedures related to Residential Management System (RMS/Mercury) to support the Assistant Director of Housing Assignments and Assignments Coordinator.
9. Completes special projects as assigned.
10. Assists with the coordination of all occupancy, usage, and reporting efforts for University Housing including identifying trends, projections and forecasting of future housing needs.
11. Approaches service delivery and office operations in a friendly, positive, and professional manner. Researches and responds to complex inquiries from students, parents, and campus partners to provide or clarify information on University Housing services, options, programs, policies or procedures.
12. Performs other housing assignments-related duties as assigned or required.
