Essential Job Functions: |
1. Assists in coordinating one or more programs including budgeting and community outreach. 2. Assists with creating program materials and ensures that the program meets its objectives. 3. Assists in assessing program quality, presenting results, and making recommendations to management. 4. Sets up and manages paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as correspondence, or other material. 5. Serves as liaison between center, college, and university departments. 6. Assists with planning and executing community outreach events. 7. Assists with creating promotional materials and mailings. 8. Assists with the development of grant proposals and applications and any associated reporting. 9. Participates in budget preparation and reporting for assigned program(s). 10. Maintains or monitors departmental and/or program websites. 11. Generates reports to ensure timely information is available for management use. 12. Assist in the recruitment, selection, training, and supervision of resident employees. 13. Completes special projects as assigned. 14. Attends meetings, educational conferences, and training workshops and serves on committees. 15. Participates in college and university committee activities as assigned. 16. Performs other duties as assigned or required. |
