Essential Job Functions: | 1. Manages, explains, and assists academic programs with maintaining course inventory through a semester-based CRN workflow. 2. Processes the creation and scheduling of classes to ensure compliance with the University's extensive university-wide policy of course and room scheduling. 3. Makes allowable adjustments to classroom scheduling to ensure the proper academic setting for students and instructors. 4. Inspects and coordinates the timeliness and fairness of class schedules in order to mitigate current challenges and maximize valuable resources. 5. Works directly with academic program originators to rectify errors and inequities in the scheduling process in order to enhance academic program quality. 6. Able to clearly explain and train academic program originators on SharePoint reports and spreadsheets necessary to ensure compliance with university policy. 7. Processes accurate and verifiable information with attention to detail to ensure correctness and integrity of information. 8. Assists the University Registrar with coordination of all aspects of commencement to ensure efficient operations. 9. Responds to inquiries from University Call Center triage calls to ensure accurate assistance and guidance. 10. Performs other duties as assigned |

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: | 1. Proficient knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; data entry skills; Internet research abilities. 2. Knowledge of office practices and procedures (e.g., filing, answering telephones, and supply/equipment ordering). 3. Ability to enter and verify information with accuracy. 4. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. 5. Ability to maintain confidential information. 6. Strong administration skills ? organized, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail. 7. Proactive, punctual and reliable. 8. Excellent written and oral communication skills. 9. Ability to communicate effectively with others. 10. Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and supervisory staff at all levels. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS 1. May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties. 2. May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipment/supplies, to include but not limited to pens, pencils and computer keyboards. |

Required Experience: | 1. Associate's Degree and two (2) years' experience in higher education or in a Registrar's Office. 2. At least one (1) in a customer service related experience. |
Preferred Qualifications: | 1. Bachelor's Degree 2. Minimum one (1) year experience in higher education with commencement duties. 3. Experience working in Banner, Unisearch, and other NSU software systems. |
