Coordinates investigations into allegations of non-compliance. Serves as the administrator of the Ethics and Compliance Reporting Hotline System. To permit rendering of impartial and unbiased judgment essential to the proper conduct of the University Compliance and Integrity Program, the Ethics and Compliance Director should be independent of the activities they review. The Ethics and Compliance Director has full, free, and unrestricted access to any and all University information, documents, records, physical properties, and personnel related to the performance of their job responsibilities. Information obtained during the course and scope of their job responsibilities will be held with appropriate confidentiality.
