Essential Job Functions: 1. Develops, implements, and monitors compliance programs related to academic affairs.
2. Ensures adherence to federal, state, and institutional accreditation regulations and policies.
3. Conducts regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate accreditation compliance risks.
4. Collaborates with academic departments to develop and update policies and procedures in regard to accreditation.
5. Provides training and support to faculty and staff on accreditation compliance-related matters.
6. Supports academic programs to meet accreditation standards.
7. Supports accreditation compliance reports to regulatory bodies and accreditation agencies.
8. Maintains accurate records of accreditation compliance activities and findings.
9. Develops and supports corrective action plans as needed.
10. Serves as a resource for faculty and staff on accreditation compliance issues.
11. Provides guidance on best practices for maintaining academic integrity.
12. Assists in the development of strategies to enhance accreditation compliance awareness and education.
13. Works closely with the management and other senior leaders to ensure alignment of accreditation compliance efforts with institutional goals.
14. Represents the institution at accreditation compliance-related meetings and conferences.
15. Completes special projects as assigned.
16. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 1. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and accreditation regulations.
2. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
4. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compliance programs.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Physical Requirements:
1. Near Vision - Must be able to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
2. Speech Recognition - Must be able to identify and understand the speech of another person.
3. Speech Clarity - Must be able to speak clearly so others can understand you.
4. Travel - Must be able to travel on a daily and/or overnight basis.
5. May be required to work nights or weekends.
6. May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties.
7. May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipment/supplies, to include but not limited to pens, pencils, and computer keyboards.
Job Requirements:  
Required Certifications/Licensures:  
Required Education: Master’s Degree
Major (if required): Higher Education Administration, or a related field
Required Experience: Five (5) years of experience in higher education.
Preferred Qualifications: Compliance Experience
