Primary Purpose:
Coordinates and processes student enrollment, degree verification, and academic certification to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and timely service to students and external partners. Maintains Student Module data integrity and provides administrative and customer service support for registration, commencement, and related academic processes.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Coordinates the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) and Nova Southeastern University's electronic enrollment and degree certification process.
2. Processes incoming loan deferments and student correspondence, ensuring timely communication and proper document routing.
3. Facilitates degree verification requests from prospective employers, and state licensing agencies and other third parties to ensure efficient document processing and delivery.
4. Responds to inquiries and resolve issues requiring knowledge of university policies, procedures and regulations, providing accurate and timely resolution.
5. Coordinates registration, enrollment, and completion documentation for third-party requestors and government agencies.
6. Assist with pre-commencement preparations and commencement exercises, ensuring quality customer service and smooth event execution.
7. Provides support to the One-Stop Shop (OSS), including student registration assistance and processing transcript requests.
8. Assists with the academic eligibility review for the NCAA Division II athlete certification in compliance with institutional and NCAA requirements.
9. Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

1. Clerical - Proficient knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
2. Customer and Personal Service - Thorough knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction.
3. English Language - Thorough knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
4. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Required Certifications/Licensures:
Required Education: High School Diploma
Major (if required:
Required Experience: 1. High School Diploma and two (2) to four (4) four years of data entry experience in an educational environment,
- OR –
Associate's degree and up to two (2) years data entry experience in an educational environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a registrar's office in a higher education institution.
2. Experience working in Banner and Imaging System.
