Primary Purpose:
Assists in leading current and new revenue generation initiatives as well as creating new opportunities for the Athletics Department. Develops data-driven marketing strategies, enhances fan engagement, and cultivates strong relationships both on campus and in the community. Supports management of gameday execution, student workers, and grassroots outreach.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Tracks and reports on revenue generation related metrics to support departmental goals and inform strategy.
2. Oversees the onboarding and day to day management of student workers.
3. Assists with plan development and implementation regarding all aspects of the Shark Club.
4. Assists with the activation of NSU Athletics corporate partners.
5. Assists in maintaining consistent and extensive contact with Businesses, Corporate Sponsors, Alumni, and Booster members for the purpose of increasing sponsorship, advertising and promotional opportunities with NSU Athletics.
6. Helps create and organize donor lists for departmental use.
5. Plans and executes department-wide special events.
7. Assists with ticketing operations for athletic events, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for fans and staff.
8. Develops and implements strategies to increase ticket sales through targeted outreach, promotions, and partnership initiatives.
9. Develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies to increase attendance, revenue, and engagement across all NSU Athletic programs and events.
10. Collaborates with teams, campus partners, and community groups to develop creative promotional campaigns that align with department goals.
11. Leads the planning and execution of in-game fan experience elements.
12. Drafts and oversees the execution of detailed gameday scripts to ensure seamless event flow and coordination of all promotional and in-game elements.
13. Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge:
1. Customer and Personal Service - Working knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction.
2. English Language - General knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
3. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Digital Media - Working knowledge of digital media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. This includes alternative ways to inform and persuade via digital, web, and social media.
5. Marketing - General knowledge of principles and methods for describing and promoting programs and services in order to achieve desired outcomes.
