Primary Purpose:
Implements and maintains the Banner Transfer Articulation module; acts as lead liaison and coordinator with Transfer Evaluation Services (TES), undergraduate admissions, and academic unit faculty, advisors, and senior management while ensuring that all transfer course equivalencies have been created and reviewed in the Banner system.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Configures, designs, implements, tests, and maintains the Banner Transfer Articulation module and Transfer Articulation database to ensure accuracy of information and completeness of transfer course equivalencies.
2. Audits transfer course equivalencies, system discrepancies, and subsequent data to ensure accuracy and integrity of information.
3. Collaborates with various units/departments regarding implementation and maintenance of the transfer articulation system to ensure optimal system performance.
4. Collaborates with the Office of Innovation and Information Technologies (OIIT) to troubleshoot and resolve issues; notifies appropriate users, and provides software support and training to university functional users to ensure efficiency of operations and proper usage.
5. Reviews and maintains institutional undergraduate coursework updates to ensure accuracy of data.
6. Generates and analyzes quality assurance reports to ensure data integrity.
7. Verifies that transfer of credits are applicable to the student's curriculum requirements.
8. Manages the generation of credit transfer letters to students.
9. Develops and maintains policies and procedures.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.

6. Ability to enter and verify information with accuracy.
7. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.

Required Certifications/Licensures:
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Major (if required:
Required Experience: Two (2) years of student services related experience and using relation database software.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Two (2) years of experience in higher education, preferably in a Registrar or Student Advising setting.
2. Minimum of two (2) years of experience utilizing database administrative software, preferably Ellucian Banner.
3. Previous experience with Ellucian Banner Transfer Articulation module.
