Essential Job Functions:
1. Assists with NCAA Division II Rules Education for all department constituents, including student-athletes, coaches, and staff.
2. Provides support and assistance with NCAA athletics eligibility certification.
3. Assist with incoming transfer student-athlete matriculation process- submission of transcripts evaluation requests and verification of transfer academic requirements
4. Maintains and monitors compliance-related records.
5. Updates student-athlete eligibility data and participation information for the Sunshine State
6. Conference and the NCAA.
7. Provides support for the administration of NCAA "Compliance Assistant" software (CAi).

Job Requirements:
• Candidates must be dependable, motivated, organized, energetic, detail-oriented, possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work within a team environment.
• Candidates must be able to abide by strict confidentiality requirements as directed by FERPA, university and departmental policies.
• Candidates must always be professional in their conduct and adhere to all NSU, NCAA, and departmental rules and regulations.
• Candidates must be available to work a total of 30 hours per week as scheduled by the Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance.

High school diploma and two years of administrative experience in an office environment or Associate’s Degree and one year of administrative experience in an office environment
