Essential Job Functions: 1. Administer practices as given by the head coach
2. Assist in recruiting weekends
3. Assist in team travel
4. Disseminate information as it relates to program direction
5. Enter swimming data
6. Do research online for pertinent swimming related information
7. Create and maintain spreadsheets
8. Attendance at practice and competitions
9. Assist in recruiting
Marginal Job Functions:  
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Understand and comply with NCAA Division II, conference and University rules and regulations.
Job Requirements: 1. Oral and written communication skills
2. Detail oriented
3. Able to multi-task
4. Effectively prioritize work in fast paced environment
5. Available to work early mornings and weekends
