Essential Job Functions: | 1.Develop and manage syllabus materials. 2.Facilitate activities in the classroom, simulation laboratory, clinic, and/or other setting(s). 3.Act as a liaison between the students and the faculty course director. 4.Provide and facilitate examinations. May include assigning grades consistent with course requirements. 5.Teaches or facilitates classes based on varied schedules to accommodate diverse student needs and to meet the expectations of the College as assigned by the designated faculty course director. 6.Prepares assignments and follows the course curriculum as assigned. 7.Evaluates student performance and learning. 8.Maintains an active classroom environment conducive 9. Performs other related duties as assigned. |

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: | Knowledge:1. Education/Training - Knowledge of principles/methods for curriculum/training design/teaching for individuals/groups, and the measurement of training effects. 2. English Language - Thorough knowledge of the structure/content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. 3. Customer Service - General knowledge of principles/processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction. Skills:1. Instructing — Teaching others how to do something. 2. Critical Thinking — Using logic/reasoning to identify the strengths/weaknesses of alternative solutions/approaches to problems. 3.
