Essential Job Functions: 1. Assists in managing operations to ensure continuous improvement of student services that increase engagement & retention.
2. Acts as liaison between students, faculty, and college and university departments.
3. Coordinates activities required for enrollment, such as CPR training, inoculations, and/or fingerprinting.
4. Provides assistance to faculty and staff in duties such as facilitating or conducting orientation programs and scheduling events.
5. Reviews degree plans, degree applications, transcripts, and all other pertinent materials to ensure that students meet graduation requirements.
6. Prepares and delivers required student information to state credentialing agencies.
7. Responds to requests for student information, as appropriate, from students, credentialing agencies, and/or other institutions.
8. Maintains accurate and complete student records as required by laws, policies, and administrative regulations.
9. Support student organizations and assists with their efforts to arrange special events, such as fundraisers, receptions, professional networking opportunities, and/or symposiums.
10. Assists in facilitating student grievance and discipline processes.
11. Generates correspondence and/or reports to ensure timely information is available for management use.
12. Assists with planning, organizing and implementing Shark Preview days at KPCOM.
13. Assists with organizing and distributing student scholarship applications and awards.
14. Processes reimbursements for Society purchases and travel to conferences and professional meetings.
15. Schedules meetings/appointments/events and makes necessary room reservations.
16. Completes special projects as assigned.
17. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Physical Requirements:

Required Certifications/Licensures:  
Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Major (if required):  
Required Experience: High School Diploma and three (3) years of experience in an office environment.

Associate's Degree and two (2) years of experience in an office environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree and two (2) years of experience in an office environment.
