Essential Job Functions: | 1. Well-versed in both short-form and long-form copywriting, with an ability to see things from both a creative and business strategy point of view. 2. Writes copy across all channels (TV, OLV, print, direct, digital, etc.) from concept through to completion based on input from client, agency team, and personal research. 3. Prototypes storyboard copy, then iterates and refines them while gathering peer feedback and consensus-building within the team. 4. Be a brand voice custodian, ensures consistency, strong brand voice and integrity across all creative. 5. Delivers big ideas, and produces high-quality, award-winning work. 6. Writes creative pieces using the mechanics and finer points of proper grammar, syntax, punctuation, and proofreading. 7. Delves into data and insights to inform creative, with a genuine enthusiasm for the product and storytelling. 8. Applies conceptual thinking and articulately delivers a point-of-view about the work. 9. Builds and maintains positive relationships and collaborates to develop concepts that reflect the strategy, are appropriate for the brand’s personality, and are extremely creative. 10. Manages assignments and completes assigned work on time; reports the status of projects to the creative team. |
