Essential Job Functions: | 1. Assists in managing operations to ensure continuous improvement of student services that increase engagement & retention. 2. Acts as liaison between students, faculty, and college and university departments. 3. Coordinates activities required for enrollment, such as CPR training, inoculations, and/or fingerprinting, in addition to tracking completion of these requirements using various software programs. 4. Provides assistance to faculty and staff in duties such as facilitating or conducting orientation programs and scheduling events. 5. Reviews degree plans, degree applications, transcripts, and all other pertinent materials to ensure that students meet graduation requirements. 6. Prepares and delivers required student information to state credentialing agencies. 7. Responds to requests for student information, as appropriate, from students, credentialing agencies, and/or other institutions. 8. Maintains accurate and complete student records as required by laws, policies, and administrative regulations. 9. Assists in facilitating student grievance and discipline processes, by preparing documents required for the Student Progress and Behavioral Committee. 10. Generates correspondence and reports to ensure timely information is available for management use. 11. Assists with scheduling, organizing, and implementing drug screenings for all M2 students prior to beginning M3 Clinical Rotations. Prepares drug screen and background check paperwork for all M2 students. 12. Assists with planning, nominating, ordering, and executing various aspects of M4 Senior Awards, Commissioning Ceremony and Commencement. Handles all communication with students for award materials and documentation. 13. Collects and processes transcript orders and MSPE updates for all prior year graduates participating in the MIDUS system for Fellowship applications. 14. Assists with MSPE’s and transcripts for residency applications in ERAS for all M4 students. 15. Completes special projects as assigned. 16. Performs other duties as assigned or required. |
