| Essential Job Functions: | 1. Teach core courses in Research, Statistics, and Measurements in the doctoral programs or other programs as assigned. 2. Maintain an active research program, including developing peer-reviewed publications. 3. Mentor doctoral students in research. 4. Contribute to diversity and inclusivity in teaching, research, and service. 5. Create a climate conducive to learning. 6. Participate in department-wide activities such as faculty meetings, clinical competency examinations, chairing dissertations/directed studies, etc., as assigned. 7. Serve on and contribute to NSU and College Committees (as assigned), as well as engage in professional association activities. 8. Maintain a professional development plan to assure growth and recently within the field. 9. Other duties as assigned by the Department Chair and/or Dean. |
