Essential Job Functions: 1. Escorts guests to their locker.

2. Issues lockers, keys, towels, name tags etc. to members and guests as needed to
ensure member and guest service it.

3. Issues rental shoes to members and guests as needed.

4. Performs personalized services such as shining shoes, brushing clothes, adjusting mirrors, replaces golf shoe
spikes, etc. to ensure a quality experience for all members and guests.

5. Maintains a list of occupied lockers and supplies a billing list to the accounting office to ensure appropriate billing.

6. Maintains inventory and restocks supplies such as tissue, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, razors, aftershave
lotion, etc.

7. Serves card players promptly and courteously. Cleans and organizes card tables and chairs.

8. Maintains a limited bar and cigar inventory.

9. Takes and delivers phone messages for members and guests.

10. Removes all soiled dishes to the dishwashing station.

11. Maintains a Lost & Found program.

12. Completes special projects as assigned.

13. Performs other duties as assigned or required.


Marginal Job Functions:  
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge:
1. English Language - General knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
2. Customer and Personal Service - General knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction.


Skills:
1. Active Listening - Proficient skills in giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
2. Speaking - Advanced skills in talking to others to convey information effectively.
3. Writing - Advanced skills in communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
4. Service Orientation - Proficient skills in actively looking for ways to help people.
5. Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.

Abilities:
1. Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop or bend for duration of shift of at least (8) hours.

Physical Requirements:
1. Near Vision - Must be able to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
2. Speech Recognition - Must be able to identify and understand the speech of another person.
3. Speech Clarity - Must be able to speak clearly so others can understand you.
4. Travel - Must be able to travel on a daily and/or overnight basis.
5. May be required to work nights or weekends.
6. May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job
duties.
7. May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipment/supplies, to include but not limited to pens, pencils, and computer keyboards.


Job Requirements:  
Required Certifications/Licensures: 1. Must possess Foodhandlers Certification within 30 days of hire.
Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Major (if required):  
Required Experience: Minimum of at least six (6) months customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a locker room attendant, preferably at a private Club.
