Essential Job Functions: | 1. Leads EPS Scanning, Systems, and Transcripts unit, while providing support to the supervisor in assuring accuracy of data imported into Banner system, testing system installation and updates, processing of orphan documents to ensure appropriate handling and maintenance of applicant/student records, and monitor processing of NSU transcript requests and reports. 2. Leads EPS Mail/Research unit while providing support to supervisor in the document preparation process, mail processing and maintaining sign-for-mail database to ensure appropriate handling and maintenance of applicant/student records. 3. Leads EPS Quality Control, Retention and Storage unit, while providing support to supervisor in abiding to document retention policies, controlling quality of documents for accuracy, maintaining inventory of stored items, coordinating the retrieval and submission of items from/to storage, and assisting in purging processes to ensure appropriate handling and maintenance of applicant/student records. 4. Leads EPS Indexing, Data Entry and Degree Conferral, while providing support to supervisor in assuring data entering of documents meet auditing standards, processing student applications for degree conferral, processing documents into imaging system and running reports to ensure appropriate handling and maintenance of applicant/student records. 5. Cross-trains EPS processing staff in functional areas to ensure personnel are able and capable of achieving departmental needs. 6. Reviews and monitors processes to ensure thoroughness and accuracy of data. 7. Recommends improvements to processes and systems to ensure efficient operations. 8. Performs other duties as assigned. |
Marginal Job Functions: | 1. Travels to on- and off- other campus meeting sites for instructional purposes. 2. Assists senior management regarding special projects or assignments. 3. Assists Admissions Management Services, as needed. |

May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties. 4. Previous experience in an academic institution. 4. Knowledge in enrollment process services. 5. Knowledge of computer software, including Banner. |
