Primary Purpose:

This position is responsible for coordinating programs and services that support prospective and current Dual Admission students from initial interest through successful transition into NSU graduate and professional programs. Position serves as a liaison among Dual Advising, Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, academic programs, and student-facing partners, to ensure accurate, timely, and student-centered support aligned with institutional enrollment goals.

Hiring Range:  $61,000.00

Essential Job Functions: 

1. Executes student engagement and retention initiatives supporting Dual Admission students from entry through matriculation into NSU graduate and professional programs.

2. Plans, coordinates, and implements structured engagement programming for Dual Admission students to strengthen student engagement, program affinity, graduate program awareness, and progression toward matriculation.

3. Provides individualized student support on program pathways, academic requirements, engagement milestones, and matriculation readiness.

4. Advises prospective students and families on Dual Admission pathways, expectations, academic requirements, student benefits, and the value of NSU dual admission opportunities.

5. Supports initiatives to strengthen affinity towards NSU graduate and professional programs and improve long-term matriculation outcomes.

6. Assists with tracking and reporting recruitment, engagement, retention, and matriculation data to support strategic planning and assessment.

7. Collaborates with Dual Advising, Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, and graduate program partners to align student communication, programming, and support strategies.

8. Assists with the planning and execution of Dual Admission Program for Enrolled Students (DAPES).

9. Supports coordination and oversight of the Dual Admission Ambassador program, including training, scheduling, and engagement activities.

10. Develops and distributes communication materials, including newsletters, updates, event messaging, and engagement campaigns.

11. Supports experiential learning and pipeline-building initiatives connecting undergraduate students with NSU graduate and professional programs.

12. Assists with Dual Admission recruitment efforts, including events, presentations, and outreach activities.

13. Assists with preliminary review of prospective student academic profiles for dual admission and accelerated program eligibility based on established criteria and program requirements.

14. Supports follow-up communication with prospective students regarding dual admission opportunities, requirements, and next steps in the admissions process.

15. Assists in benchmarking national dual admission trends, peer practices, and relevant data.

16. Maintains Dual Admission documentation, contracts, and student-facing resources

17. Completes special projects as assigned.

18. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Job Requirements: 

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge:
1. Knowledge of college and university policies related to admissions, financial aid, registration, accounts receivable, and academic standing and progress.
2. Knowledge of core student services procedures and guidelines.
3. Education and Training - Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
4. Customer and Personal Service - Advanced knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction.
5. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

5. Travel - Must be able to travel on a daily and/or overnight basis.

7. May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipment/supplies, to include but not limited to pens, pencils, mobile devices, and computer keyboards.

Required Certifications/Licensures: Valid Driver’s license.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree

Major (if required: 

Required Experience: 1. Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of experience in a higher education environment, preferably in student services-related experience.

-OR-

Master's degree and minimum three (3) years of student work-related experience in higher education.

Preferred Qualifications: 

1. Master's Degree

2. Experience in admissions, student success, student engagement, enrollment management, higher education administration, or a related student-facing area.
