Primary Purpose:
Supports graduate and professional programs by developing and implementing AI-enhanced digital media, video, YouTube, and content strategies that strengthen program visibility, engagement, and institutional storytelling. Translates academic priorities, program differentiators, audience behavior, and market insights into strategic, high-quality multimedia content. Advances scalable, data-informed, and AI-supported content practices through content planning, video development, YouTube optimization, performance analysis, and strategic digital communication.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Develops, implements, and evaluates AI-enhanced digital media and content strategies that support graduate and professional program visibility, prospective student engagement, and institutional priorities.
2. Develops and manages content strategies, editorial calendars, creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and digital storytelling plans across YouTube, web, video, social media, and other multimedia platforms.
3. Partners with graduate colleges, academic programs, faculty, admissions and enrollment leadership, marketing, communications, web, and other stakeholders to identify content needs, program differentiators, audience priorities, and opportunities to strengthen digital presence.
4. Develops and coordinates multimedia content, including video concepts, scripts, storyboards, interviews, production plans, post-production direction, publishing, and content repurposing for program features, faculty expertise, student experiences, career outcomes, and other institutional stories.
5. Leads YouTube strategy and optimization, including content planning, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, metadata, playlists, captions, and analysis of audience engagement and platform performance.
6. Leverages artificial intelligence and emerging technologies to support content ideation, research, script development, search optimization, content repurposing, accessibility, workflow efficiency, and digital media planning while promoting responsible and accurate use of AI-assisted content.
7. Conducts market, audience, competitor, platform, and search research to identify emerging trends, content opportunities, audience needs, and strategies relevant to graduate and professional education and prospective student decision-making.
8. Analyzes digital content and platform performance to evaluate engagement, visibility, audience behavior, and effectiveness; prepares reports, dashboards, and recommendations to inform content and digital media strategies.
9. Prepares reports, dashboards, summaries, and recommendations related to digital content performance, YouTube growth, video engagement, audience behavior, and AI-optimized media initiatives that support graduate admissions and enrollment goals.
10. Develops content briefs, creative direction, messaging frameworks, and multimedia recommendations for graduate program webpages, landing pages, video assets, digital campaigns, enrollment-supporting initiatives, and program-specific priorities.
11. Translates complex academic and program information into clear, compelling, audience-centered digital content that communicates program quality, differentiators, faculty expertise, student experience, career outcomes, and institutional value.
12. Develops scalable content templates, AI prompts, guidelines, workflows, and tools that promote consistency, efficiency, accessibility, quality, and effective content development across graduate programs.
13. Supports the planning and execution of multimedia initiatives connected to new program launches, program updates, enrollment priorities, strategic priorities, college-based needs, and institutional storytelling.
14. Ensures digital content and media comply with university brand standards, accessibility requirements, quality standards, privacy and copyright considerations, and established review and approval processes.
15. Maintains organized content plans, records, digital assets, production schedules, performance records, and related documentation; participates in cross-functional projects, committees, and special initiatives related to digital strategy, media production, AI adoption, program visibility, and institutional communications.
16. Monitors emerging developments in artificial intelligence, digital media, video production, YouTube, search behavior, social media, and higher education content strategy; recommends tools, formats, workflows, and platform strategies that enhance digital effectiveness.
17. Recommends new tools, workflows, formats, and platform strategies to strengthen graduate program digital presence, improve content effectiveness, and support admissions and enrollment objectives.
18. Provides consultation, guidance, and training to internal partners on AI-enabled content development, video strategy, YouTube optimization, digital storytelling, and effective multimedia practices.
19. Serves as a resource for graduate colleges and programs seeking to improve the quality, consistency, and performance of their digital content in support of program visibility and prospective student engagement.
20. Participates in committees, working groups, and cross-functional projects related to digital strategy, content development, media production, AI adoption, graduate program visibility, and admissions/enrollment support.
21. Completes special projects as assigned.
22. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
