Subject to Grant Funding?:    Essential Job Functions: 1. Teaches core courses in Research, Statistics, and Measurements in the doctoral programs or other programs as assigned.
2. Maintains an active research program, including developing peer-reviewed publications.
3. Mentors doctoral students in research.
4. Contributes to diversity and inclusivity in teaching, research, and service.
5. Creates a climate conducive to learning.
6. Participates in department-wide activities such as faculty meetings, clinical competency examinations, chairing dissertations/directed studies, etc., as assigned.
7. Serves on and contributes to NSU and College Committees (as assigned), as well as engage in professional association activities.
8. Maintains a professional development plan to assure growth and recently within the field.
9. Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Chair and/or Dean.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:   Job Requirements:   Required Certifications/Licensures:   Required Education: Doctoral Degree Major (if required):   Required Experience: 1. College and/or university teaching experience.

2. Psychological research.

3. Evidence of scholarly productivity is required.

4. A commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and multicultural competence in an educational environment is essential.
