Subject to Grant Funding?: Yes   Essential Job Functions: 1. Works with the Director of Clinical Services/Chief Psychologist to ensure professional quality of services and optimal PSC operations.

2. Complies with agency policy and procedures, data collection and chart documentation.

3. Provides direct services to clients.

4. Markets DHH program in the community at health fairs and other appropriate venues.

5. Provides crisis clinician coverage for SPACI during clinic hours and assists other faculty clinics as requested.

6. Attends clinic management meetings and coordinators meetings as needed.

7. Attends and participates in staff meetings, compliance-training programs, and scheduled training programs as required.

8. Provides signatures on clinic paperwork and reports.

9. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

1. Psychology - General knowledge of human behavior and performance, individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; and learning and motivation.
2. Therapy and Counseling - General knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance.
3. English Language - General knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
4. Education and Training - General knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
5. Customer and Personal Service - General knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
1. Near Vision-Must be able to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
2. May be required to work nights or weekends.
3. Travel-Must be able to travel on a daily and/or overnight basis.
4. May be exposed to short, intermittent, and and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties.
5. May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipment/supplies, to include but not limited to pens, pencils, mobile devices, and computer keyboards.
Job Requirements:   Required Certifications/Licensures: Active Florida License or license eligible Required Education: Doctoral Degree Major (if required): Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or School). Required Experience: 1. Minimum two (2) years experience in psychological testing experience and intervention.

2. American Sign Language (ASL) proficiency and knowledge of Deaf culture. Some background or experience with the psychological evaluation and interventions with the Deaf and hard-of-hearing.
