Subject to Grant Funding?: No   Essential Job Functions: Along with the head coach and assistant coach:
1. Implement a comprehensive recruiting plan for the identification and recruitment of qualified student-athletes
2. Schedule games, make transportation and lodging arrangements for team travel
3. Develop and implement plans and strategies for practices and competition Marginal Job Functions: Monitor student-athletes' academic progression. Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Understand and comply with NCAA Division II, conference and University rules and regulations. Job Requirements: 1. Oral and written communication skills
2. Detail oriented
3. Able to multi-task
4. Effectively prioritize work in fast paced environment
