Essential Job Functions: 1. May act as a subject matter expert for assigned system(s).

2. May act as project leader for assigned project(s) or process (s).

3. Tests programs or databases, corrects errors, and makes necessary recommendations or modifications.

4. Operates spreadsheet programs and other types of software to load and manipulate data and to produce reports.

5. Retrieves, separates, and sorts program output as needed, and sends data to specified users.

6. Generates reports to audit data quality, ensure accuracy and system integrity, and increase productivity.

7. Assists with daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken.

8. Performs enrollment reporting functions associated with National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) in compliance with Department of Education standards.

9. Completes NSC and NSLDS graduates-only reporting and completes Degree Verify reporting within the NSC portal.

10. Researches and resolves NSC error resolution reports on an on-going basis.

11. Completes requests to update records within the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS).

12. Coordinates with Financial Aid Systems and Student Systems team representatives to gather and report Gainful Employment data for Department of Education compliance.

13. Provides support for Transfer Evaluation Services related tasks.

14. Maintains policies and procedures to ensure relevant changes are updated.

15. Maintains data integrity and confidentiality.

16. Completes special projects, presentations and/or participates in events as assigned.

17. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Knowledge:
1. Clerical - Thorough knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
2. Customer and Personal Service - Thorough knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction.
3. English Language - Thorough knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
4. Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, access and PowerPoint).

Required Education: Associate's degree or 60 completed college credit hours.
Major (if required):  
Required Experience: Minimum one (1) year of relevant higher education experience, preferably in data analytics.
