Essential Job Functions: | 1. Participates in activities directly related to the delivery of HAZMAT training for groups and individuals in the community, including coordinating programmatic logistics and other aspects of program implementation. 2. Ensures defined service standards are met across program activities, adheres to established policies, procedures, and programmatic goals, and recommends changes to maintain effectiveness and level of effort. 3. Ensures compliance with data reporting requirements and development and maintenance of program documentation, in accordance with the funding agency and University policies and procedures. 4. Provides technical assistance to and oversight of project activities performed our trainers. Provides constructive feedback so as to foster program quality, effectiveness, and overall success. 5. Coordinate all training activities, including scheduling courses in different states and ensuring all paperwork is collected and entered into NSUs database and reported to the funder, 6. Participates in the development and delivery of training workshops, seminars, and other project events on behalf of the SEAMIST Program. 7. Participates in meetings and communicates with SAMIST staff and assists in continuous development and implementation of programming. 8. Performs other duties as assigned. |

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: | 1. Knowledge of applicable federal, state or local laws and regulation related to project implementation. 3. Demonstrate leadership, collaboration, critical thinking and teamwork in addressing decisions and resolving issues. 4. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. 5. Must possess ability to work with diverse individuals. 6. Superior organizational and management skills to effectively prioritize, organize, and oversee completion of tasks as well as exercise judgment and arrive at valid conclusions for effective decision-making. 7. Ability to work with limited supervision and be adept at MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint applications). |

Preferred Qualifications: | 1. Masters or Ph.D. in Management, Leadership, Education or Business Administration. 2. Experience in higher education work environment. |
