Primary Purpose:
Supports the delivery of the curriculum by ensuring that all necessary elements are in place in a timely, coordinated, and organized manner.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Oversees the administrative aspects of supporting the curriculum, including managing the available curricular software
2. Works closely with the faculty to ensure all curricular materials are developed and ready to be delivered to students at the appropriate time.
3. Supports on-campus and virtual academic activities (including assessments and course related faculty training sessions) as needed by the program and assigned by the corresponding Assistant Dean of the curriculum.
4. Provides logistical support for courses (scheduling of activities, provision of student- or group-specific materials and instructions)
5. Manages all administrative aspects of the Preceptor program (developing and updating a contact database, disseminating course materials and important notifications, following up on annual agreements and completion of credentialing, following up on student evaluations)
6. Supports day-to-day course operations (setup of classroom and assessment materials, ensure recordings, provide audio-visual support and troubleshooting)
7. Manages the assessment and evaluation system by providing support to faculty in uploading materials, and following up with students and faculty to retrieve completed evaluations needed to comply with the LCME accreditation standards
8. Provides on-site or virtual support (as needed) for assessments, including scheduling, managing students, and proctoring.
9. Provides faculty support for the timely submission of grades to Registrar
10. Ensures all supplies, curricular materials, and assessment tools are ready for use at critical times for curriculum related activities
11. Provides administrative support for pre-clinical and clinical assessments (OSCE, CSAs) across the longitudinal curriculum.
12. Establishes and encourages frequent collaboration with the Office of Student Affairs to ensure timely communication and sharing of curricular information that impacts and/or overlaps with OSA functions.
13. Oversees the adherence to operational policies and procedures
14. Reviews operating practices and procedures to determine whether improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditure
15. Collaborates with faculty and administrators in the development, evaluation, and revision of school programs and in the preparation of master schedules for curriculum offerings
16. Represents institution and/or assigned program(s) at community and campus events, in meetings with other institution personnel, and during accreditation processes.
17. Assists in activities required for program accreditation
18. Ensures compliance with university policies and procedures; county, state, federal, and international regulations; professional association guidelines; and accreditation requirements.
19. Attends meetings, educational conferences, and training workshops and serves on committees.
20. Completes special projects as assigned.
21. Performs other duties as assigned or required

Major (if required:
Required Experience: Three (3) or more years of experience in curricular affairs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in an LCME-accredited medical school.
