Essential Job Functions: 1. Performs and completes assigned side work tasks for opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth operation of services.

2. Provides immediate attention and service to members and guests.

3. Coordinates food service involving communication between the kitchen and other staff.

4. Processes food and beverage checks for payment to ensure proper daily accurate reconciliation.

5. Reports complaints and problems from members and guests to supervisor/manager immediately.

6. Maintains control of food and beverage checks involving credit cards and cash payments as standard operating procedures and required to drop all cash with daily paper work accordingly at the end of the shift.

7. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Marginal Job Functions: 1. Ensures that the bar is stocked and maintained at all times and monitors the supply of liquors, wines, and beer.

2. Prompt clearing and cleaning of the bar area for turnover.

3. Checks all id’s for patrons who look under age 25 years.

4. Suggests the acquisition of specific bar products and supplies to Food and Beverage Manager to satisfy the member and guests needs.

5. Attends all mandatory training and pre-shift meetings as requested by the food and beverage Manager.

6. Prompt clearing and cleaning of tables and bar area in for turnovers.

7. Prepares all beverages for Servers

8. Responsible for setting up and breaking down bar(s) required for operation on a daily shift and for events with required liquor packages and supplies in a timely manner.

9. Maintains the cleanliness of the bar areas and responsible for stocking and sanitation of glassware and equipment on a daily basis.

10. Closes and secures the Club house when necessary.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 1. Must be friendly, personable and reliable in order to provide exceptional hospitality services and have good customer communication skills.

2. Must be able to lift a tray weighing approximately 10-15lbs and balance.

3. Must be trained in food and beverage service.

4. Ability to take orders and properly deliver to appropriate table(s).

5. Must be computer literate.

6. Knowledgeable in mixing, preparation and serving of drinks according to the presentation and the recipes approved and or provided by management in proper glassware.



Job Requirements:  
Required Certifications/Licensures: Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire.
Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Major (if required):  
Required Experience: Minimum of one (1) year in customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a private club and/or resort.
